It's the time of year for one of my favorite pictures again! :D

Dallas Blooms

Roy and I went to the Dallas Arboretum for their annual Dallas Blooms, the largest display of spring blooms in the south! The place was so busy that we had to park off site and ride a bus to the arboretum. It made it feel like we were on a vacation...riding a tour bus, not a cloud in the sky, and it was all free!



The tulips and daffodils were absolutely beautiful! I loved enjoying God's creation on such a gorgeous day.











The trees were all blooming as well. One of our favorites was this pink flowering peach tree.

Birding

No matter the season in Dallas, there are always some awesome birds to be seen, especially at White Rock Lake. Here are some of our spring sightings!

This morning, I awoke with a pounding headache and a heavy heart. As I poured over the Psalms, longing for the reassurance and comfort I always find from God's Word, He brought this song to my mind. How wonderful to know that He loves me like this.
